Eminence-SE was founded with keen interest in growing social entrepreneurship in Ethiopia as a means to tackle poverty and thus enhance the achievement of the desired development levels set for Ethiopia. The company was also set up to compliment development activities initiated in the country to be done through providing beneficial linkages between those in need and those who have capacities to fulfill the needs, giving particular attention basically in exercising marketing communication. Moreover, there is a staunch belief at the company that social change in key identified areas can effectively enhance Ethiopia’s advancement.
To articulate; Eminence-SE aims at social change interpreted by its goal which is to bring about professionalism and excellence in services given by companies and organizations (and even collaborate with the government in this regard). The specific areas being explored at Eminence-SE include fostering cooperation and networking, capacity building, customer service improvements, marketing and advertising, events facilitation, conflict and time management training, professional training and development; business strategic planning and marketing.
The company engages in a wide range of activities and is constantly expanding in response to the growing market needs in the growing economy of Ethiopia.
In progress are other related departments that will become functional soon. All of these departments offer a wide range of services in a bid to further enhance the service provider industry in the country which will not only benefit the company and its employees but on a larger scale and on the long term, the country as well.
